he has cleared now. I’d make a call up now I’ve got a free slot. Can’t move him to minors myself, though. I put him on IR on fantrax for the time being (because he happens to be eligible), but that’s only for handling purposes until you find the time to send him to minors on fantrax.

done in fantrax. The time stamp goofed me up when looking at the waivers board. When you posted to note about his time being passed, it marked a new time stamp to the post on the main page. Sorry about that.
